Thank you!Carrot soup could be unflattering, but not this wafu one with miso and ginger!I use 白味噌 and a spoonful of 田舎 miso,I think we don't need a lot, just enough to sense it's there! Also luckily we have good carrot to make this tasty!
Hello Lara! Thank you again for this wonderful idea! I figured out the amount of each ingredients I need, and with miso,I thought it shouldn't be overpowering,so glad that's what you prefer too! I really love your cooking, please continue inspiring us,I am looking forward to see all your dishes!
Hello.Thank you, rick! I really love your cooking, too. I think it was a good choice what you selected 2types of miso. It must be soooo delicious!! By the way, miso what I am always using is handmade by my mother! It's also nice. Anyway, It was nice to meet your dishes! ...and you!! see you.
Hi Lara! Glad to hear you agree! White miso has nice sweetness, but milder flavor,so I added something a little stronger.Japanese miso cuisine always uses a mix,so that's how I thought it should be done... Wow,awesome, miso made by your mother! I appreciate hand made food so much,is like an art, this tradition need to be preserved! How lucky you are,she must have grown up eating many wonderful food from mum! Anyway,it's been great chatting with you,see you around!
