Good afternoon Nami,always very kind comments,I appreciate so much!
Eggplant,zucchini and pepper are the most common vegetables for summer,I just matched them with some Italian flavours and made these most enjoyable to eat,good produces don't need complicated cooking!You are absolutely right,the ingredients could be interchangeable too!I think these are best for outdoor parties with chilled wine!
Charred regular lines make this plate quite unique!
