Makiko San's tamago yaki with many topping is a great idea for me.I also tried to add tomatoes in tamago yaki,but it never worked for me,because the moisture from tomatoes when cooking always ruined it.I had some marinated dry tomatoes in the fridge,I thought I could try with them.Finally succeeded,also with a many-ingredient-topping including Yukari's Sakura ebi,one of the most substantial egg dish I've ever made and it is unforgettable for me.I don't drink but I had a beef and potato rice to go with it!
Thank you so much Yukari and Makiko San,when your forces combine,magic happens!

Thank you!I always get good ideas from Hironobu San couple!This one is so delicious,my tamago yaki skill is not good enough,but adding many extra topping turns it into special dish!I wanted it thicker so I used four eggs!

I love this idea,I don't have good skill with tamago yaki,but with extra topping turns this into something more special.I used the ingredients you recommended and adding the Sakura ebi that Yukari gave me,the finish dish really has lots of amazing flavours,I will absolutely make this again!Thanks so much always for food idea!

One of your beautiful part that I love is modestly remark.You always hold modest even tho you could make everything perfectly.Needless to say,this tamagoyaki is flawless! you still need to practice more than this? Yours surpassed mine already...😱💦 I love your idea that mixed semi dried tomatoes,Dried tomatoes having condensed taste than fresh,it makes more good taste!

And what the hell I was doing,I forgot to reply this!
I was always interested at one famous chef's recipe of tomato tamago yaki,but I always messed up because as soon as the tomato is heated,it releases moisture and makes the tamago yaki miserable looking.Then I saw this one with many toppings from Makiko San,and with the marinated dried tomato in the fridge,I could give it another goal.I know it's not authentic Japanese,but adding western things in Japanese cuisine is kind of a cool thing for me...Anyway,this went well,and with the extra toppings,this have many good flavored going on!Your Sakura ebi is a stand out here,real quality stuff,thank you for that!However my skill can't be good,I know this takes practice and it's not something that I do often.Just look at your friend,Peach San's and then look at mine,you'll see what I mean...I appreciate your encouragement,I will work hard at this!
