strawberries baked on Einback and strawberry cream.

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
- strawberries
- 300g
- Einback
- 200g
- sugar
- 1 spoon
- icing sugar
- a little
- whipped cream
- 1dl
- strawberries mixed
- 100g
作り方

- Mix the strawberries in a high glass.
Do the whipped cream with sugar.
Put both together and fill it in a deco bag.
Cut the sweet Einback / Brioche bread.
put some little butter and sugar on the slides.
They go in the preheated oven for 2 minutes 180°
Cut the strawberries in thick slices and lay them on the baked bread slices.
Do a little sugar on them and bake all again for 1-3 minutes.
Serve them warm and put the decoration on the plate.
