Megan Brinegar's dish Apricot and Red Wine Braised Duck Legs

Super happy with this. It's definitely not every day that we get duck in this house, had to do something special with it. This is a red wine and apricot braised duck leg with crispy rosemary potatoes and asparagus. Took about 3 hours total but was absolutely worth it!
