Peruvian Shrimp and Corn Chowder (Chupa De Camarones)

So Jon has been picking a cuisine each week for me to make. This week he picked Peruvian which he always jokingly says isn't a cuisine. Proved him wrong lol. Made a Peruvian shrimp and corn chowder. I think we were both surprised at how delicious this was.
