Beets and Orange gazpacho🇷🇺🇪🇸

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Beet root
400g (2pc)
Orange juice
500cc
Water
500cc
Red onion
1/4pc
Garlic
1clove
Balsamic vinegar
1tbs
Olive oil
1tbs
Salt and pepper
To taste
Scallop for garnish
4pc
Spare mint
For garnish
作り方

Wash well the beets and peel skin, slice it into small pieces. And boil them with orange juice and water for one hour to get soft.

Slice the red onion and garlic, put them in to the beets pan and blend all of them.

Salt and pepper to taste and put balsamic and olive oil. Leave it in the refrigerator till it becomes cold enough.

Put salt, pepper and little of oil onto scallops. And grill them not well done.

Serve the gazpacho and put scallop and mint leaf.
