Chicken: Prick the chicken meat with a fork and cut the thick part with a knife before you grill. Put some salt, pepper and rosemary on both side. Grill them in the preheated oven at 180C. for 30-35min.

Sauce: Place all ingredients except the berries in a large heavy based saucepan. Gently heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered for about 40minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples, figs and onion are tender. Add the berries, and cook for 5 minutes.
