Soak the raisins warm water for 15-20 min. Meanwhile, carefully empty the apples.

In a pan sauté the chopped onions and garlic for 15 min. until soft chop the apple pulp into a small pieces and spray the pieces with a few drops of lemon juice and the empty apples too.

Then add to the sauté onions and garlic the raisins, walnuts and apples and sauté for another 5min.

Finally add the chicken, soy sauce and with a wooden spoon break and separate the lumps from forming, cook for 10-15 min.

Fill apples with the stuffing. Cook in the oven preheated at 180C for about 30min. or until apples are tender. Sprinkle the cheese and let it warm up inside the oven for 2min.
