Mushroom quiche

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Eggs

Cooking cream
200 ml
Mushrooms
3 cups sliced
Parmesan cheese
1 tbs
Dough (for salty pies)
作り方

Beat cream and eggs and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 160/180 ºC (depending on dough instructions).
Place dough in your pie pan (with oven paper)

Sauté the mushrooms in some oil and a gulp of white wine. Remove from heat and add to the egg mixture.

Pour mixture in your pan and bake in the oven until the quiche has a nice brown color on top and the bottom of the quiche is cooked.
ポイント

Add any veggies to your egg mixture.
Replace the cream with other vegan cream options.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top just before taking it out of the oven.
