ゴーヤ、塩豚、エリンギとバジルピザ,Ran521jp San's idea!

Just had to try this when I saw Ran San's post,as good as expected,I just love all these Italian/Japanese coordination!I had changed this up a little according to what I had in the fridge.

咋天刚好也做了バジルソース*\(^o^)/*看到这么香的苦瓜ピザ我又想吃了😍皮也是香酥的感觉👍

實在多得提供這樣好的配搭提議，在外邊也吃不到啊！我用高溫石放在烤箱內，然後把薄餅放在上面烤，出來便有脆脆的效果，在家能做到這樣，也頗滿意的！
我也看到近來在這裏大熱的バジルソース,放在這個薄餅上面，必定更加美味啊！謝謝resnap!

バジル每年夏天在院子里都有种，很好用。
还有紫苏不用种，自己会长出好多，也做了酱，吃不完冷凍了起来(^O^)
