I knew you could make something good from the stuffs I send you,these are truly impressive,very authentic Chinese dishes,delicious dinner with nice atmosphere!
咸魚肉餅 is perfect,that's our burger!The best ones are hand cut,you have done it right!咸魚 is used as whole piece,steam on top,this way you count savor the genuine taste of it,I hope it's not too salty and pungent for you.We Chinese love this type of aged food.
I will try to do dishes that 咸魚 is chopped up,will show you later.
梅菜蒸茄子 also excellent,vegetarian dish with lots of flavor!
