- Tacos are so easy. Just cook the onions in oil til brown and add the pepper, char it all and throw in the steak. Add seasonings and cook until the meat is seared. Serve on fried corn tortillas with cilantro and onion slaw and add a chipotle cream sauce. Chipotles, garlic, and mayonnaise puréed.
