using the basic recipe for protein pancakes from bodybuilding.com I made muffins! vanilla protein, eggwhites, ground oats, baking powder, banana & blueberries. for the chocolate I swapped in chocolate protein powder & cacao chips. bake on 350 for 29 min. gluten free, low carb & high protein
