- (cupcake)
pound tea leaves using mortar & pestle
- 2
- warm milk in a saucepan with 1 tbsp of pounded tea leaves, let it simmer, steep & allow to cool
- 3
- cream butter & sugar in an electric mixer, adding eggs 1 at a time, until light & fluffy
- 4
- sieve flour, salt & remaining pounded tea leaves in a large mixing bowl
- 5
- add half of dry ingredients to batter, add in sieved milk, fold in, then add the other half & fold in thoroughly

- brush cupcake cups with butter & pour batter in till 1/2 full, bake for 30 minutes

- (frosting)
cream butter, vanilla extract & lemon zest using electric mixer until there are no lumps
- 8
- add in milk & sugar & cream on high, mix in lemon juice. place in piping bag & frost!
ポイント
frosting was a little watery, be careful adding the milk as it might not incorporate with butter so well. place in fridge to harden the frosting a little.
