卵かけ納豆御飯

Rice
1 cup
Egg

Soy sauce
1tbs
Nattou
1 carton

Cook the rice and serve in a bowl.

Crack the egg in a small bowl or cup, add some soy sauce and stir to combine.
Pour the egg-mix over the freshly cooked rice and stir to combine. This is called tamagokake.

Proceed to stir the nattou in its carton and put in on top of the rice. You may either stir this to mix with the rice and egg, or add some chopped leek to garnish.
