Risotto con la bottarga from Sardegna🇮🇹

レシピ
材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Rice (no need to wash) if you have Italian rice
300g
Onion chopped finely
1/2pc
White wine
180cc
Bottarga
As much as you like
Seasonal green veg (spinach, beans...)
To taste
Water
Necessary amount
Salt
To taste
Butter and olive oil
To taste
作り方

Chopped onion finely. Slightly frying with little bit of butter and olive oil.
When onion is cooked and add rice, fry a minute and then add white wine.
Put strong fire let alcohol is gone.

Add double amount of water and leave it under middle fire. Then add water until rice is cooked as your taste.
When rice is cooked, adjust salt.

After leave from the fire, put chopped Bottarga and some greens then mix well.
Finally grate Bottarga for garnish.
