May be the soy milk,or may be the low temperature,these are the softest buns I have ever made!

It's happy day for me today!
That's right,not expecting this at all,it's so soft,hold it harder and it has a dent!I suspect it's difficult for other ovens,time and heat needs to be controlled,but mine has no top heat,so they won't take on much colour,however I wasn't watching too closely,otherwise they would be whiter!
Have you made them before?It's something about white bun so special,isn't it?
