Sushi

レシピ
材料・調味料 (2 人分)
nori (seaweed sheets)

sushi rice (sticky rice)
3/4 cup
rice vinegar
50 ml
sugar
2 tsp
salt
a pinch
rolling mat
to rolll

Wash the rice thoroughly drain and keep aside

Cut the vegetables in the shape of long sticks

Cook the rice ( 1 cup of water for 3/4 cup of rice)

Mix rice vinegar,salt and sugar together

Add the rice vinegar mixture to cooked rice ,cover the rice pan and keep aside for 5-10 mins

On a rolling mat ,place the nor I, spread the sticky rice on it, place the vegetables and roll.

Serve with wasabi paste ,soy sauce and ginger
