Curry ramen from Bishop St Cafe. Is curry ramen a Hawaii thing?

I am not sure if it is a specialty in Hawaii, but I've never seen this sort of curry ramen: ramen topped with curry sauce at ramen shops in Japan. While udon noodles topped with curry sauce are popular among Japanese people.
