つい即買い。ググったら、200℃位のレシピが多かったのですが、生だしと350℃で15分、後は余熱にしてみたら大正解でした。小・中キッズらに5分で完食されてしまった…

I found the fresh one in a close supermarket with special discount price.
How to cook is not so difficult. Just put a enough strong salt

and leave it half hour, then rinse the

drip and salt with Japanese sake or white wine. After wipe excess water, taste with salt (and seasoning as u like).

Cook in the preheated oven@200-230℃ for 20-30mins (depend on the size)
