Italian style fish stew

It seems that my expectations were off...😑💦
I'm not familiar with this dish,could you give me a little explanation? I wonder if this kind of cold seafood soup using Italian herb?

Kind of my dream sitting next to the sea having seafood during summer time,of course it has to be the Mediterranean,it wouldn't be much point other than that...
Anyway,in this is rather straight forward,just a simple hot seafood stew,like bouillabaisse,but Italian style,using oregano,lemon peel,white wine.Again I think there are many versions,this is mine this time.Also some ink came out from the squid,that's why it's darker than usual,but I love how it tastes!
