Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add onion, ginger, garlic and prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until prawns start to brown.
Add noodles, oyster sauce, lime juice, snow pea sprouts and chopped coriander to prawn mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
Divide the stir-fry among serving bowls and top with coriander sprigs to serve
