Ms Bronzebee,you are absolutely right,the coat really goes well with this fish,so aromatic but just a few ingredients,the curry leaves work so well here,also takes away some strong fishy smell too!The coat is so good that I want to try chicken with it too!

Thank you!I tried to recreate the same setting,but of course I couldn't do so many dishes.Luckily I think 部長approved this!I am very lucky to have this curry leaves here,right in the area the where I do my groceries usually,not even expensive too,about ¥50,and I get a whole bag!Also the first time th

that I used red peppercorns too,and surprisingly not spicy at all but very aromatic!t was so delicious this coat for deep fry,so if you find curry leaves ,I hope you could try too!
