Ms Bronzebee,you are absolutely right,the coat really goes well with this fish,so aromatic but just a few ingredients,the curry leaves work so well here,also takes away some strong fishy smell too!The coat is so good that I want to try chicken with it too!

that I used red peppercorns too,and surprisingly not spicy at all but very aromatic!t was so delicious this coat for deep fry,so if you find curry leaves ,I hope you could try too!

I love your setting so much I wanted to recreate it,but I couldn't make so many dishes,but at least I could buy some banana leaves. I wanted to make some veggie to go with this fish,so I thought of this salad made with

chickpeas, shaved fresh coconut,and plum and some Indian spice, I enjoyed that too!
I always love Saba and I love you even more now, The coat wasn't spicy at all,but very aromatic,like I said,I'm so going to make this again!
