It was my pleasure meeting Mariko San in Tokyo,we had a fun night,lots of great food and drinks.Thanks for the gifts too,I feel terrible that I have to leave it this late to do a post for them,but here you are,showing off my beautiful chopstick rest,and lovely sencha too,I felt so shiawase drinking

drinking it!It went very well with this sushi rice,I bought this しば漬け in Tokyo too.Food like this make me think I'm still in Japan!

I didn't do anything to the tai,and I don't know how to prepare too,but after I took the photo and started to eat with soy sauce drizzle over,I found out I forgot to put sesame,then I redid everything again,that's why the tai had some colour,sorry...But this is very delicious,I highl
