Banana Blinies w strawberries and apple sauce

材料・調味料 (5 人分)

Blinies

1/3 cup of milk: 2cups multi-grain pancake mix

3 eggs: 2 bananas smashed

2strawberries smashed: 1 tsp of Butter

作り方

1: Mix pancake mix, eggs, milk.
Add bananas & strawberries smashed.

2: Cover a pan with butter and cook blinies. Pretty much blinies are small thin pancakes.

3: Apple sauce: peel and cut apples in thin wedges trow the heart of the apple we don't need that .
Cook apples in a pan with a half tsp of butter, sprinkle powder cinnamon just a pinch, add 1/2 cup of sugar and cook until the sugar is dissolve.

Strawberry sauce you can make it ahead of time, cut strawberries in a bowl add 1/2 cup of sugar and the juice of a 1/2 of an orange let the strawberries sweat with the sweet sugar taste and refresh its breath with the orange juice :))

4: For the banana sauce: cut bananas in slices and add 4 table spoons of dulce de leche and let them mix together in a hot pan whit a 1/2 tsp of butter :)

ポイント

Trick is, when you cook pancakes in a medium heat babysit sweet blinies don't let then burn nothing worst than a burnt blinie... Yuck! Well there are worst things than that, but for sure tastes bad :( When you see bubbles coming up from blinies means it's time to flip them over ;)
