Who wants super-delicious lunch tortilla loaded with high proteins? It’s definitely great for yr health😚 I used brown sugar and garlic for 肉味噌 inside the tortilla. The proteins were further added by a soft-boiled egg and a half of avocado🥑 Avocado also contains healthy fats which are good for digestion. I also added red onions, soateed carrots, and cucumber cut into sliced pieces for some vitamins. #health #proteins
