Saw these amazing chicken balls Mikachi San's post,fell in love with them instantly,what's good about them is the added okara,not only delicious,but also means less meat,which is a healthier option.She paired this a sweet chili sauce,and coincidently Yukari San made a sweet chili jam recently for he
her southern cornbread,so I used her recipe and made my first chili jam to go with my chicken balls.What a great combination,so delicious and I thank you two lovely ladies!

It was my pleasure having this,and I have to thank you instead for this great idea,I love all kind of meatballs,and all soy products too, but never though of putting okara in them.They were really delicious,and fun things to make!Sweet chili sauce went well with this,I am especially fond of savoury

What an coincident seeing a sweet chili sauce behind Ms Mikachi's meatball,then again with your's even provided with a recipe,I mean how great is that!!I never made any and that was my mission!I reduced it too much,and became very thick,but nevermind,it takes up less space to store and keeps for lon
