Bread flour
250g
Warm milk
150ml
Veg oil
30ml
Eggs

Sugar
1tbs
Dry yeast
5g
Salt
1tsp
Whopping cream
500ml
Syrup: Water
400ml
Sugar

Rum essence

作り方

Mix dry yeast and 1tbs sugar together with warm milk.

In a large bowl, put flour, the mixture of warm of milk and dry yeast, egg, oil, salt and mix them well until it becomes a sticky dough.

After mixing them, let the dough for 30min to double its volume at the room temperature.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. In a small pot, put water and sugar and let it boil until the sugar melted then add essence.

Divide the dough and put it in small silicone forms and put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 45min.

After baking, let it cool down and start to soak them in the syrup(over night) and decorate them with whipping cream.
It should be hot the dough if the syrup is cold and vice versa.
