タケノコ、枝豆、塩豚のパスタ
Have to thank yukari San for teaching me various type of bamboo shoots,I could only find this spring variety in here,simply called 竹筍,but I absolute love it.
春のパスタという名前で色々アレンジできそうですね(^∇^)
私も春らしいパスタのつもりで空豆のパスタを作りました♡
筍は今から旬、春!!って雰囲気ですね。山菜とか菜の花とか、春の野菜たくさんあるから色々考えるの楽しいです。

a pork belly I bought for 蔥油餅(with that I just took the fat and made some oil).You know I love all pasta using Japanese ingredients,and you bet I have many cold ones coming up,I'll show you if you want to see,I'd love to see yours too!

Thank you Romie San for all the resnaps!Moving on to spring dishes now,there are many things I like this time,like bamboo shoot,however ours are nothing like those in Japan,I wish I could come during spring to taste all spring veg,and of course watching Sakura!Romei and Yukari San are both valuable
friends of mine on SD,I learn a lot from you girls!I never get tired with Japanese cuisine!
