Apple Crumble Pie(サクサクお手軽 アップルクランブルパイ)

Apple pie is such a festive dessert especially for the holiday season in the US. 
This pie has a generous blanket of buttery streusel crumbs as a topping instead of a pie crust. Caramelized apples and dried cranberries are used as pie filling. Apple crumble pie is easier to make than a classic double-crusted pie and so delicious!!

アメリカのホリデーデザートには欠かせないアップルパイ。今回は、パイフィリングの上にクランブル（そぼろ状の生地）をのせて焼くだけのクランブルパイを作ってみました。フィリングにはキャラメライズしたリンゴと一緒にドライクランベリーも入っています。普通のアップルパイよりも簡単に作れて、しかも、とっても美味しい💖
