This looks so delicious!I have seen lentils and fish combination,but never with kinki,I guess kinki is such a Japanese fish and hard to see in western cooking,I love your idea!It's very expensive fish to eat here,and I have only eaten it a few times in my life,I wish I could have it more...Also people told me if the fish is super fresh,the fin would stick up when it's cooked,you have two great quality ones there!!

乾燥してるけど小粒だから水に浸す時間が10分くらいで茹で始めてオッケーでお手軽。
キンキは煮付けにするのがオーソドックスなんだよね? 和風は苦手だから強引に洋風にしてみた(笑)身が柔らかくて美味しかった❤︎

レンズ豆は、ソーセージに添えたりスープに入れたり、サラダに入れたりと我が家に欠かせないもの。魚に添えるのも美味しいよ❤︎
キンキは日本的なお魚にのかな?
大抵は煮魚にするみたいです。
鯛のような、もう少し柔らかい身で、クセがなくてとても美味しいよ。
