Thank you Makiko!!It's the kind of dish I never get tired of eating,good balance with everything,I love this combination,seems like many country has similar dishes.五香粉is not used much in Cantonese cuisine, more like a 福建province and Taiwanese thing,its very additive and I adore it,I braised the beef in many other things too,only more focus on 五香粉.It could be served cold for appetizer too!
