Pea risotto with charred cuttlefish

Always lovely to see more green colour in spring!
I made the pea paste by blanching the pea,then refresh in ice water,blend in a blender,then press through a sieve( ふるい?),to get a smooth paste,the paste is added at the end of risotto cooking.Please try,it's quite delicious!
