Introducing traditional Taiwanese fried pork ribs, a popular main dish for Taiwanese bento. Chop the white parts of the ribs because if you don’t, they will become too chewy. You then beat the meat throughly. Now you go add the sauces and garlic to the ribs and give them a nice massage. Add some sugar if the soy sauce is not sweet. Fridge for few hours or over night. Put very little amount of flour on the ribs. Hot oil and fry the bones first and then fry the entire rib. Take out and then fry again with high heat.
