One more dish featuring winter aromatic vegetable,this time shunkiku春菊,and gradually building this dish around it.

庭の池に花が咲いたって感じ。
春菊は鍋物によく使うから、「春」という名前なのに冬の食材という印象だな。ナスタチュームなどのハーブを合わせると、「冬から春へ」というタイトルになりそう🌸

I really didn't give it too much thought how I was going to plate this,I just put on everything casually and it became like this,but you have good eyes and imagination,I like how you picture this,and I agree with you,this is a winter going into spring dish!
This is also a popular vegetable for hot pot in HK too,the quality is exceptionally high in winter,we just call it a completely different name....
