地物の蟹がやっと手に入ったので。
香港で食べた時は、米と蟹だけのシンプルなものでしたが、蒜や干し椎茸で、より美味しくなりました。rickさん、ありがとうございます🎵

So sorry I came late,I couldn't see the notification...
Anyway,you did a great job!!This is exactly the same how we do it in HK!
I love this dish,the mochi rice gets all the flavours from the crab,garlic and shiitake,also lotus leaf.Many restaurants serve it here,but really easy to make at home.
I could also suggest you to make a sauce with shiitake,dried shrimp,wine,oyster sauce,soy sauce,stock,then thicken with starch,and drizzle on the rice before you steam,it will be more tasty!Next time if you make I will tell you more in detail!
Also you found lotus leaf蓮葉 in Japan,that's wonderful,I heard it's not easy!

I bought dried lotus leaves at Chinatown in Kobe.
Next time I will try the source.
