Found this recipe in an old book at a second hand bookshop.With ingredient like,bamboo leaf,mochi rice, burdock,sancho and unagi(笹の葉、ごぼう、もち米、さんしょうの実、うなぎ),it sure sounds promising to me. I only have dried leaves this time,I hope it's ok...

我也是第一次見到這種料理,是在二手書店一本舊日本食譜裏發現的,二話不說便買了!是這樣做的,先用一般方法把普通米和糯米煮熟,像壽司一樣,伴入用山椒和醬油做的汁料,做成俵型的飯圑,中間釀入了牛蒡絲和鰻魚,然後用三塊笹葉包起來,十分輕易的作業,再蒸十分鐘便成!
超好味的,笹葉的香氣滲進飯裏,十分誘人!材料份量和包法也是照著食譜做的,很可靠。唯一我用了乾的笹葉做,不知道用新鮮的會怎樣的效果呢⋯⋯

哦!你查到山形的"笹巻き"了。我很高興! 山形(和新潟)的笹巻き完全不出名哦😅 對,山形的笹巻き是三角,正好像粽子。可是和這道食物不同,山形的是甜點之類,材料100%是糯米,不調味的,吃的時候才撒甜的きなこ(黃豆粉)吃的。雖然我蠻喜歡,可是樸素不過的食物。
這個是笹卷きご飯,一開始就這樣寫着的,也是食譜裏的寫法,並不是壽司,也沒有用壽司醋,唯一做法有點兒像,味道是飯熟了後才伴入的。是麻紀子小姐👆🏻聯想別的東西而已⋯⋯

山形的笹卷き還未有太多人認識吧?看內容也真的很樸素的感覺。我很討厭我們的甜糭,加入鹼水做的,我覺得很化學很不自然的,山形的笹葉味道糯米甜點,跟黃豆粉一起吃,看來這個像我那杯茶呢!
你說的甜糭… 我第一次聽到了。查詢一下做法了,這個好像和日本南九州的あくまき幾乎一樣。肯定あくまき的製作技術從中國傳來的吧。我還沒吃過あくまき,一直想要試試吃的。因為用鹹水的,味道也獨特的吧…
