linguine with pancetta,asparagus,egg and basil

Learned this from a TV show and one of the first dishes I learned to cook,and I don't remember how many times I have made this for my friends and myself,not only delicious,it just takes 20 mins to make,the important thing is to get good pancetta.I use "Levoni"brand.
Mmmmm I love the idea of slicing the cheese instead of grated!!!
To: Tayuko oh yes!!I think it's best with this type of pasta.I love Parmesan and I'd like to get a big chunk in every mouthful,rather than got lost in other stuff when grated.While in sauce like bolognese,it's better grated which will improve the flavor of the sauce .
