丸ごと揚げられるような小さいサイズの新ジャガはもう無い😭
新ジャガも少し大ぶりになってます。
ひとくちサイズに切って素揚げしました。鶏ひき肉と空豆の餡かけ。

Springs comes and we have many delicious new season spring vegetables,let's challenge them one by one!Deep fried new potatoes are always great,with chicken mince sauce makes it even better,broad beans are nice touch,and the colour is definitely green.This is best for my everyday dinner,family style dishes never disappoint!
