Hi Mr. Kenobi!! Are you sure this one isn't made by a Chinese chef!It sure looks like it,so authentic! I love 欖菜,and this is an amazingly delicious dish,I could eat it everyday,even without the meat!! Looks like you had fun time at 'welcome' too,they sure have a good selection!
Hi,Rick!! I love this dish too! I didn't know such a delicious green beans dish until I've been in HK. And I love 欖菜 too! But I had not cooked before, so I didn't realize it has great potential! I just used to eat this with rice before haha...
この料理は以前よく食べてただいすきなやつ!ちょっとインゲン揚げすぎて歯応えがイマイチだったけど味はまあまあ似た感じに作れたかな。
香港住んでたときは欖菜常備しててもごはんですよの代わりに白飯🍚に乗せたことしかなかったけど料理をはじめた今、改めて良さがわかるなぁ。
