Love the sweet and sour of this and it really is a simple dish,one of the first Japanese dish I've ever learned,so tasty I have to share this:Chop up 2 chicken legs,sauté in oil,take out.Add 1/2cup plum wine,2tbps soy sauce and 2tsp sugar in the pan ,with 2 plums(from the wine),reduce this mixture t
til thick,put the chicken back,and cook for a little while so the sauce coats the chicken nicely.Make more of this mixture if you want to put your vegetable in the sauce too.

Back to this dish!You are welcome,I've been loving this ever since the first time I made this,very few ingredients but tastes really good.This needs quite a lot of 梅酒and I don't think you should buy a really good one,maybe average will do!
