Grilled chicken with olive and miso paste

This paste is a new finding for me,mixing olives and red miso,also garlic,anchovy,balsamic and honey.Italian and Japanese work harmoniously together,once again.

和とイタリアンの融合味噌ですね。アンチョビのパンチが効いてて面白そうです。

About ずんだ,it was really experimental for me,I never tried any genuine one,so it's harder to judge whether mine is good enough.Are you familiar with any edamame dessert?

but it's worth to think new dessert of edamame,It sounds interesting!
