OMG ! Do you know that we have SUNGIMOBU???? Means sunagimo club at snap dish????
And this is one of the best one I've seen!!!!
To: Tayuko, Haha,I could have never guessed there is a club for sungimobu,and I thought probably nobody will like this.I didn't know what to cook so I just tried something new.So this is sungimobu,shiitake,onion,with a sauce made with oyster sauce,shoyu,コチュジャン,七味唐辛子etc,actually not bad.
To: Tayuko oh and thank you for your compliment.So how could I look at these dishes from the club, may I ask ?

Club=部 bu. SUNGIMOBU
For people who loves 砂肝 to cook sunahimo anytime in any style they want to!!! This club were made by all of the member who loves 砂肝 in snap dish! I think no one uses oyster sauce for 砂肝yet!!! Very new ♡ style (^_-)♡
To: Tayuko thank you for the information,and that's another word I learn!Actually not much oyster sauce is needed here,only for 隱し味,but of course you could adjust according your own taste.

To: Tayuko haha,if there is a club for negi,I will join too!I just like them with everything,this one I usually steep in ice water first.
