To: Tayuko, Haha,I could have never guessed there is a club for sungimobu,and I thought probably nobody will like this.I didn't know what to cook so I just tried something new.So this is sungimobu,shiitake,onion,with a sauce made with oyster sauce,shoyu,コチュジャン,七味唐辛子etc,actually not bad.

To: Tayuko thank you for the information,and that's another word I learn!Actually not much oyster sauce is needed here,only for 隱し味,but of course you could adjust according your own taste.
