蒜泥白肉，雲耳炒絲瓜

蒜泥白肉-a Sichuen cold dish,pork is cooked in simmering water,than cooled,sliced thinly and served with a garlic soy sauce.
雲耳炒絲瓜-cloud ear mushroom stir fry with sponge gourd(taste similar to へちま,but looks slightly different).I always use dried cloud ear mushroom(きくらげ),didn't I know could buy fresh on

until I saw these,I have to say I like the fresh ones better now!

How to make cucumbers standing alone !?!? It's so amazing!!

Nice presentation ! Looks yummy too. One of simple dishes that I enjoy a lot.

Have to cut very fine first,then I place them carefully in ice water,(just for 2-3 minutes to make them crunchy),lift out and shaped,it'll stick together with the water.Thank you for the compliment and resnap too!
