To: MangoPudding well how should I put it,warm and sweet?This is inspired from a Southern Italian recipe,which has a lot of North African and Arab influence,so you would expect this on the sweeter side.I use whole cinnamon and it is steamed with the couscous,so the taste is rather subtle.
The other day, my son is looking for Algeria, he know that couscous is the traditional cuisine, "I want to make this because I want to eat."he said. But "I can not! ",I told him...(ha ha ha).😅
