Normally I like crusty European style bread,but this seems easy and delicious,so I had a go with it,and it came out much better than expected.Just simple procedures,no strange chemical stuff,but it was soft and full of flavour,like something I bought from a bakery,with is quite possible for me.This

one is here to stay!
