Clean the chicken with sea salt, rubbed n rinse with water

Spread n rub the salt into the chicken leave it and keep in the fridge for few hours

Rinse the chicken with water n dry it if you like taste of salt you can skip this method, I prefer the taste of the herb n Essence chicken without salt 😁

Put the chick into a deep dish, add all the Chinese herbs and pour the Essence cover with aluminium foil and leave in the room temperature about 30 minutes

Steam for 2-3h

Remove foil and bast chicken with the sauce. Drizzle with some sesame oil and serve while it hot...
