Thanks so much,got the idea from a book,but I have to add and twist a little to make it my own,sure you remember I like food with flower fragrance,so here it is,and shishamo(and so are all tiny fishes) itself is so delicious,and everybody could make a good dish with it here,so just trying something
more interesting.I use some dried kiku to make a stock first,and mix with soy,pepper and honey,it was very appetizing for me,if I could get hold of edible fresh kiku,I think it should be even better!I am glad this becomes memorable for you,more flower cuisine coming up!

我想像不了你做的ししゃも什麼樣的味道。其實我平時只吃素的,而且從來沒見過這樣的ししゃも料理。
可是這道ししゃも是你做的,肯定非常非常好吃❗ 我也要嚐嚐味道❗

不用客氣!怪不得,看你的照片很少肉類的料理,原來是吃素的,是很好的習慣,我也希望盡量吃多一點。這道菜是參考書籍的,覺得比較特別一點,便試試做,效果不錯的,我也很喜愛ししゃも,所以會特別留意不同的做法。
