Actually it's '滷水鵝片',I said 'cold' because it's a cold dish and may be easy for you to understand.滷水料理 is an important style of Chinese cooking,every region varies,and 潮州 is very famous for it! Hi Raycheal San! 潮州料理 is really less famous in Japan,so I would love to introduce to my Japanese friends,it has many great dishes! It's so diverse,mountain to sea,cold to hot,savoury to sweet,extravagant to home,and I wish I have enough knowledge to explain everything...but I will try my best,and may be do a few dishes to show here too! China is a enormous country,every region has its own culture,dialect and cuisine,I think I am familiar with no more than 10% of it,still need to explore more! If Raycheal San comes to HK,I will show you places too!

右は前菜的なもの、コールド鴨、イカ、レバーetc. ソースが特徴的です。
左は牡蠣のオムレツ、ニラの汁を具に混ぜ込んだ揚げ物、キャベツに似た菜っ葉とキノコのスープ。
今回の旅ではリックに美味しいものをたくさん教わりました。作り方のアドバイスも。
